Professor N.D. Fernando Appointed as New Kelaniya University Vice Chancellor

COLOMBO (News 1st): President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has appointed Professor N.D. Fernando as the new Vice Chancellor of the University of Kelaniya.
The appointment letter was handed over to Professor N.D. Fernando today by the Secretary to the President Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake.
Professor Fernando has served as a Professor in the Department of Finance at the University of Kelaniya.
He has also previously served as the Chairman of the People’s Bank.
