Coastal Line Train Services Return to Normal After Derailment

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Department of Railways has announced that train services on the Coastal Line near the Wadduwa area where a derailment occured will operate as usual starting today. 

Railway Operations on the Coastal Line in the Wadduwa area and surrounding were temporarily halted due to derailment. 

Authorities confirmed that the damaged section of the railway track has been fully repaired and restored for safe passage.
