Indian Vice President Radhakrishnan To Arrive In Sri Lanka Tomorrow

COLOMBO (News 1st); Indian Vice President C. P. Radhakrishnan is scheduled to arrive in the country tomorrow for a two-day official visit.

During this visit, the Vice President is expected to hold bilateral discussions with President Anura Kumara Dissanayake and Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that he is also slated to participate in several programs where he will meet political and community leaders.

The Vice President will further focus on rehabilitation projects for those affected by Cyclone 'Ditwah', as well as development projects currently being implemented under the assistance of the Indian government.

A high-level delegation from the Indian government is set to accompany Vice President Radhakrishnan on this tour.
