Police Warn Public On Suspicious Links

COLOMBO(News 1st); The police are urging the public to avoid opening unidentified links and messages received on mobile phones.
In a statement, police said the risk of cyber fraud through such messages has increased.
They also advised the public to check the ending of links before accessing them.
The public is further warned not to open links that end in unusual domains such as .NET, .XYZ, and .CC.
