PM Harini Amarasuriya To Address International Women’s Day Event At ADB Headquarters in Manila

COLOMBO (News 1st): Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya, who is currently on an official visit to the Philippines, is scheduled to deliver the keynote address at the International Women’s Day celebrations at the headquarters of the Asian Development Bank in Manila today.

During the visit, the Prime Minister is also expected to hold high-level bilateral discussions with several ministers of the Philippine government.

These discussions will focus on strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation in areas of mutual interest between Sri Lanka and the Philippines.

Prime Minister Dr. Amarasuriya, who departed for the Philippines on an official visit on March 08, is scheduled to return to Sri Lanka tomorrow.
