Arrangements for Special Transport Services for Devotees Attending Sacred Relic Exposition

COLOMBO (News1st): Police Media Spokesperson, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) F.U. Wootler stated that a special traffic plan that is in place for the exposition of the sacred Devnimori Relics.

Special transport services have also been established to facilitate smooth transportation for devotees visiting to worship the Sacred Devnimori Relic Exposition.

The Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) has deployed over 30 buses for the convenience of pilgrims and the Department of Railways announced that additional train turns have been scheduled from Avissawella, Rambukkana, and Aluthgama to Colombo Fort.

Additionally, a shuttle service is in operation for devotees from the parking areas in the Old MOD, the Port City, and the Shangri-La Hotel to the Gangarama Temple.
