Sri Lankan Embassy in Israel Issues Safety Advisory

COLOMBO (News 1st) -The Sri Lankan Embassy in Israel has urged Sri Lankans residing in Israel to remain constantly vigilant regarding the escalating tensions in the Middle East.

Ambassador Nimal Bandara highlighted the following safety measures:

Information regarding potential missile attacks in emergencies will be sent directly to every smartphone.

If sirens are heard, individuals are advised to immediately seek shelter in the nearest secure bunker or safety room.

The Ambassador further noted that, considering the current situation, the Embassy will remain open today until 2:00 PM for general services.
