Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi Arrives in Sri Lanka on an Official Visit

COLOMBO (News1st): India's Chief of Army Staff General Upendra Dwivedi has arrived in the country, for an official visit.

Indian media reports that the visit is taking place with the primary objective of further strengthening defence cooperation with allied nations.

During the visit, General Upendra Dwivedi is scheduled to hold discussions with senior military leaders, including the Army Commander, the Secretary of Defence, and the Deputy Minister of Defence.

The discussions are expected to focus on training cooperation and regional security.
