Bandaranaike Memorial National Foundation Donates Rs. 250 Million For Disaster Recovery Efforts

COLOMBO (News 1st): The Bandaranaike Memorial National Foundation extended a financial contribution of Rs. 250 million towards national recovery efforts following the recent disaster. 

The funds were officially handed over to Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya, at the Prime Minister’s Office by the chairperson of the foundation, former President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga.

Minister of Buddhasasana, Religious and Cultural Affairs, Dr. Hinduma Sunil Senevi, along with members of the Board of Directors of the Bandaranaike Memorial National Foundation, were also present at the occassion.
