ASPI Hits Historic Record High: Colombo Stock Exchange Crosses 23,500 Mark for First Time

COLOMBO (News 1st); For the first time in history, the Colombo Stock Exchange All Share Price Index (ASPI) crossed the 23,500-point mark today. 

At around 9:40 AM, the ASPI recorded 23,563 points.

By the close of trading, the ASPI stood at 23,502.59 points.

The total turnover for the day was Rs. 7.5 billion.
