Negombo Faces 12-Hour Water Cut Today

COLOMBO(News 1st) - The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) has announced a 12-hour water cut in several areas of Negombo today, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, due to urgent maintenance work at the Periyamulla water tower.

The affected areas include:

Periyamulla
Eththukala
Kudapaduwa
Dalupotha
Kattuwa
Lewis Place
Sellakanda Road
Wella Street

The NWSDB has urged residents in these areas to store sufficient water in advance and use water sparingly during the interruption period.
