Fire on Rajarata Rejina Engine Causes Travel Disruption

COLOMBO (News 1st); A fire has broken out in the engine of the Rajarata Rejina train that was traveling from Anuradhapura to Matara.
The Department of Railways stated that the fire erupted near the Dahaiyagama area in Anuradhapura.
It added that another engine has now been attached and arrangements are being made to continue the train journey towards Colombo.
