New Details Emerge in Meegasare Kajja Murder Case

COLOMBO (News 1st); Police say several new revelations have emerged regarding the 'Meegasare Kajja' murder.

Investigations have uncovered that a number of suspects who aided and abetted the killing were identified as close associates of Sampath Manamperi.

Police further stated that the gunman has been identified as Roshan, who had reportedly been employed in construction work at Manamperi’s residence.

Meanwhile, investigators revealed that another suspect named Jeevan, who monitored the victim’s movements prior to the murder, had been working as a bus driver under Sampath Manamperi.
