Four Dead, Three Injured in Road Accidents Across Sri Lanka

COLOMBO (News 1st) : Four people have died and three others sustained injuries in separate road accidents across the island.

In Guruluwela, Bingiriya, a 23-year-old woman died after a motorcycle veered off the road and hit a lamp post.

The motorcyclist who sustained injuries was admitted to the hospital.

In the Dandeniya, Hungama, a 51-year-old woman died when a three-wheeler collided with a bus.

In Karumkali, Karainagar, a 34-year-old man died and another was injured after a motorcycle lost control and overturned.

Meanwhile, in Pandarikulam on the Nedunkerni–Oddusuddan road, a 61-year-old man died when his motorcycle collided with a cow and subsequently a lorry.
