2026–2029 Election Plan to Be Announced in November

Colombo (News 1st); The Election Commission announced that the 2026–2029 Election Strategic Plan will be unveiled in the first week of November.
Elections Commissioner General Saman Sri Ratnayake said the plan is now in its final stages of preparation.
He further noted that work has also begun on drafting new laws related to early elections.
