According to the Ministry of Energy, current employees of the CEB will be given the opportunity to apply for transfer to one of the four companies of their choice.

A period of two months, effective from today, has been granted for this process, and all employees will be officially notified.

The Ministry further stated that these companies will remain under state ownership.

Employees who do not wish to be absorbed into the new entities will be offered retirement under a compensation scheme.

Meanwhile, for senior management positions in the new institutions, the Ministry plans to recruit engineers who are currently serving in top positions within the CEB.
