Suspect Arrested in Himbutana with Illegally Imported and Assembled Jeep

COLOMBO (News 1st): A suspect has been arrested in Himbutana, Mulleriyawa along with a jeep that had been illegally imported and assembled in the country.
Sri Lanka Police said that the suspect is a 53-year-old resident of Himbutana, Mulleriyawa.
According to police, the arrest was made during a raid carried out under the ongoing island-wide anti-crime and narcotics operation, conducted on the instructions of the Acting Inspector General of Police.
