Customs Department Warns of Job Scam Targeting Exam Candidates

COLOMBO (News 1st); Information has been revealed regarding a scheme to loot money, by claiming that jobs will be provided in the Customs Department. for jobseekers.

The spokesperson of the Customs Department Sivali Arukgoda said that they have received many complaints in this regard.

He said that this scheme is being executed targeting exam candidates of the state sector.

He mentioned that there is no such way of joining the customs and that only those who obtain high marks in the competitive exam will be recruited.
