Proposals Submitted by Cabinet Ministers on increase in allowances for GCE O/L Staff

COLOMBO (News 1st); Proposals on the increase in allowances for the invigilators and teachers of the GCE O/L examination have been submitted by relevant Cabinet Ministers.

According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Education, a report on this will also be submitted on the 14th of July by the committee which was appointed in this regard.

The report is scheduled to be submitted to the next cabinet meeting.
