Electricity Tariff to be reduced, says PM Dinesh Gunawardena

Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena says that the electricity tariff can be reduced in the next two months.
The Prime Minister mentioned that receiving an additional electricity capacity of 120 MW to the national system through the Uma Oya multipurpose development project has directly affected it.
The prime minister mentioned that discussions have started regarding reducing the electricity tariff.
He said that in a discussion held at the Kolonnawa Divisional Secretariat.
