Increased dengue risk in Dehiwala, Battaramulla and Kaduwela

COLOMBO (News 1st); Director of Health of the Colombo District Dr. Chandana Gajanayake said 80 percent of the dengue cases identified in the Western Province were reported from the Colombo and Gampaha districts.
He said 50 percent of the total dengue patients were reported from the Western Province.
He added that there is a risk of dengue spreading in several areas including Dehiwala, Battaramulla and Kaduwela.
