'The Philosophy of Symbolism', in relation to caricature & art in modern communication.

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Day 03 of the Art Experiential Festival and launch of ARTRA Magazine's "Caricatures & Comics" edition was held  in Bentota on Sunday (15).

The program featured an art talk titled, "Political Cartoons & Critique in the Contemporary".

The panel included well-known Artist/Cartoonist Gihan De Chikera, joined by Chevaan Daniel.

Chevaan Daniel spoke about 'The Philosophy of Symbolism', in relation to caricature and art in modern communication. 

This was followed by an art exhibition, talk and tour on the work of contemporary artists.

The weekend's events were organised by ARTRA Magazine, and News 1st was the media partner of the event.
