2 suspects who attacked excise officer: Arrested

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Two suspects who attacked an excise officer and robbed money in Mathugama have been arrested.
Sri Lanka police says that an officer who was deployed as a strategist for a drug raid was assaulted with a sharp weapon and robbed of the money.
Heroin was also found in the possession of one of the arrested suspects.
The suspects were aged 30 and 33
