Dozen injured after bus veers off road in Watawala

COLOMBO (News 1st) - 12 people have been injured after a bus plying from Colombo to Nuwara Eliya veered off the road in Watawala.
The accident was reported at about 04:30 am on Tuesday (01), According to Sri Lanka Police.
The bus driver was trying to overtake another bus, when it had veered off the road and went down a precipice.
The 12 injured people are currently receiving treatment at the Watawala hospital.
