Water Cut in multiple areas today

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The National Water Supply and Drainage Board has announced an eight-and-a-half-hour water cut in several areas, including Peliyagoda, today from 8.30 am to 5 pm. It was reported that interruption is necessary to carry out emergency repairs at the Sapugaskanda substation.

During the specified period, the water supply will be suspended in the Gampaha, Seeduwa, and Minuwangoda municipal council areas. Additionally, water cuts will affect Peliyagoda, Wattala, Ja-Ela, Katunayake, Seeduwa, Kelaniya, Biyagama, Mahara, Dompe, and Katana areas as well.
