COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka Police have arrested two men for chopping off another person's wrist following a dispute.

Sri Lanka Police said that an argument had broken out in Weragampita, Matara while flying kites, and the heated exchange led to the left wrist of an 18-year-old youth being chopped off.

Police Spokesperson SSP Nihal Thalduwa told News 1st that the argument broke out when one person told two others to put down their kites, as he could not fly his kite.
