COLOMBO (News 1st); The Sri Lankan Rupee appreciated further against the US Dollar on Thursday (18).

According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka the buying rate of the US Dollar dropped below Rs. 300 for the first time in many months to Rs. 299.21/-.

The selling rate was Rs. 312.37/-
