Fingerprint system mandatory for state employees from Monday (15)

COLOMBO (News 1st); A decision has been reached to make it mandatory for state sector employees to log their fingerprints to the system when reporting for work and when leaving work from Monday (15).

The system was suspended from the 3rd of January last year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Accordingly measures have been taken to reactivate the system.
