All Government schools to reopen tomorrow

COLOMBO (News 1st) - All government schools will reopen on Monday (17). 

The new school term will continue until the beginning of the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination, the Ministry of Education said in a statement.

Letters of admission will not be issued for admissions to intermediate grades due to the issuance of a new circular regarding the admission of students to intermediate classes in national schools which will come into effect from the April 20, the ministry added.
