One injured during shooting in Kotahena

Colombo (News 1st) - One person was injured following a shooting in 6th Lane, Kotahena on Wednesday (18).

Two suspects on a motorbike opened fire at the victim's car at about 1:30 pm, Police said.

A person inside the vehicle at the time was injured.

The victim is currently being treated at National Hospital in Colombo.

The Kotahena Police are carrying out further investigations into the incident.
