FIFA World Cup: Here's how teams progressed to the Quarter-Finals

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Two of the four quarter finals of the 2022 edition of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar have been decided, leaving two more to be finalized.

Teams qualified for the quarter-finals of Qatar 2022: 

- Netherlands VS Argentina
- France VS England

Pending Quarter-finalists:

- Winner of Japan-Croatia vs winner of Brazil-Republic of Korea
- Winner of Morocco-Spain vs winner of Portugal-Switzerland

Some of the high profile teams like Germany, Belgium, Uruguay, and Denmark are not playing in the knockouts, after they were eliminated from the tournament.
