Mahawa - Jaffna train operations suspended from 2023

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Sri Lanka's Minister of Transport Bandula Gunawardena said that operations between Mahawa and Jaffna will be suspended for five months from 2023.

He said the operations between those two train stations will be suspended from 15th January 2023.

He told Parliament that renovations along the trains were the cause for this decision.
