Public servants gagged - no opinions on social media

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Sri Lanka's Ministry of Public Administration has noted that expressing opinions on social media by a public officer without following the proper provisions of the Establishments Code shall be consituted as an offense.

A statement noted that such offense shall lead to disciplinary action.
