MMA: Kasun "Kaz" De Silva wins again at Thailand Fighting Championship

COLOMBO (News 1st): Sri Lankan mixed martial arts fighter Kasun De Silva has secured another win at the Thailand Fighting Championship held in Phuket, Thailand.

Thailand Fighting Championship's fight night was held at the Bangla Boxing Stadium in Phuket on Friday(26).

The event consisted of more than five fights with the participation of fighters from Thailand, India, and New Zealand.

Kasun De Silva representing Fight Soul Sri Lanka and Champions Combat Entertainment fought Indian fighter Pushkar Bhosle in the Fly Weight category of 57 Kilograms.

Kasun's unique ground game kept him in a dominant position early in the round.

Within a few minutes, Kasun was able to secure a Technical Knock Out win in the very first round.

This is Kasun's second professional MMA win secured abroad, the first being his win on the 24th of May against Thai fighter Wasiva Kaveevaragon which made him the number one contender for the TFC's Fly Weight Championship Belt.
