Private Members Motion to protect the rights of the LGBTQ+ community

COLOMBO (News 1st); Parliamentarian Premanath C. Dolawatta presented a draft bill to amend the Penal Code in order to protect the rights of the LGBTQ+ community in Sri Lanka.

The draft bill is presented as a Private Member's Motion.
