Modara shooting: Three arrested by STF

COLOMBO (News 1st); Three suspects have been arrested over a shooting incident which took place on 6th July, in Modara.

Special Task Force members have arrested three suspects of the age 25, 29 and 37, identified as residents of Kimbula Ala, Kotahena and Grandpass, on 29th July.

The shooting took place in Modara, when a youth aged 24 was killed by the suspects, who shot and fled in a three-wheeler.

STF personnel have handed over the three suspects to Modara Police for further investigations into the incident.
