(VIDEO) Tense situation at Galle Face protest site as military sweeps in

COLOMBO (News 1st); Ugly scenes were reported from the Occupy Galle Face protest site during the early hours of Friday (22), after a large military contingents swooped in the areas.

According reports from the grounds, and social media accounts Troops were seen detaining individuals and also dismantling the protest site.
