Amarakeerthi Murder : Another suspect arrested

COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka Police arrested a 34-year-old man in connection to the murder of late MP Amarakeethi Athukorala.

Sri Lanka Police said that the suspect is resident of Nittambuwa, and was arrested at his residence.

So far, 34 suspects have been arrested and remanded for the murder of late MP Amarakeethi Athukorala and his security officer.

late MP Amarakeethi Athukorala and his security officer were killed in the Nittambuwa area during the riots that took place across the country on May 09th.
