COLOMBO (News 1st); The Ceylon Container Transport Owners Association says that even though it is allowed to import essential goods, the distribution of such imported goods in the country has become an issue due to the fuel shortage.

The Chairman of All Ceylon Container Transport Owners Association Sanath Manjula said the absence of a proper mechanism to source fuel has led to this issue.
