COLOMBO (News 1st); The Petroleum Private Tanker Owners Association says fuel was NOT distributed yesterday.
Its Joint Secretary Shantha Silva said it is unsure as to whether fuel distribution will resume as usual, since fuel distribution capacity has declined.
This is owing to the limited dispatch orders.
