Private Bus operations up 50%

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Lanka Private Bus Owners' Association said that private bus services have been increased to 50% on Monday (20).

The Chairman of Ceylon Private Bus Owners' Association of Gemunu Wijeratne said that if fuel is received through the SLTB depot on Monday (20) as officials said, bus services would operate as usual from Tuesday (21).

The Minister of Power and Energy Kanchana Wijesekera has requested the public NOT to visit filling stations until the 23rd if it is NOT for an essential requirement.
