Abandoned Paddy Lands to be cultivated

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Minister of Agriculture Mahinda Amaraweera said that the paddy lands that have not been cultivated will be taken over by the Government and will be cultivated by the youth, in a bit to promote agriculture.

The Minister said that the relevant lands will be taken over by the Government for 5 years.
