42-year-old King Coconut trader gunned down in Aluthgama

COLOMBO (News 1st): A 42-year-old man was gunned down in Moragalla, Aluthgama on Friday (3) morning.

Sri Lanka Police said the deceased was a resident of Beruwala, and was engaged in selling King Coconuts. He was gunned down while loading his truck with King Coconuts purchased from a house.

The Kalutara Police Scene of Crime Officers were seen investigating the crime scene on Friday (3).

Sri Lanka Police said that an investigation is underway.
