Dengue cases on the rise

COLOMBO (News 1st); The National Dengue Control Unit said that the number of dengue patients has increased rapidly.

The Director of the National Dengue Control Unit Dr. Sudath Samaraweera said that 23,118 dengue patients had been reported during this year.

The Dengue Control Unit urges the general public to ensure that mosquito breeding grounds are destroyed to prevent the spread of Dengue
