NO LP Gas until Sunday (29)

COLOMBO (News 1st); Litro gas said it will NOT deliver domestic gas cylinders until Sunday (29).

Chairman of Litro Gas Eng. Vijitha Herath stated that a gas tanker will arrive in Sri Lanka on Sunday (29).

Accordingly, it is planned to distribute domestic gas cylinders again from 30th May, he said.

The Chairman informed the people that there is NO point in waiting in queues for gas until 30th May.

Due to the shortage of cooking gas, people have switched to Kerosene, and long queues are seen to purchase Kerosene across many areas.
