NO decision to increase public sector salaries - PM Office

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Office of the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka said that the Prime Minister has NOT made a decision to increase the salaries of the public sector.

In a statement the Media Division for the Prime Minister said the upcoming interim relief budget will cut down provisions for all ministries except for the Health and Education Sectors, but will be awarded relief.
