President appoints 23 Secretaries to Ministries

COLOMBO (News 1st); 23 Secretaries have been appointed to the Ministries, the Presidential Media Division states.

Accordingly, the 23 Secretaries were handed their appointment letters over by the President at the Presidential Secretariat today (24).
