Protest against Govt in Matara; Protestors call for justice against attacks

COLOMBO (News 1st); A protest was held in front of the Matara Hospital demanding that President Gotabaya Rajapaksa and the New Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, step down.

Protestors further demanded to arrest the people who attacked the MynaGoGama and GotaGoGama peaceful protest sites.

The protest was organized by the Trade Union Coordinating Center against the unbearable economic pressure on the people including fuel, medicine, food, and gas.
