Letters for admission to National Schools, suspended

COLOMBO (News 1st); The issuance of letters for admission of children to National Schools has been temporarily suspended with effect from today (20).

The Ministry of Education stated that a policy decision will be taken in this regard at the end of the school holidays.

A statement issued by the Ministry of Education states that this decision was taken following a discussion held after Dr. Susil Premajayantha assumed duties as the new Minister of Education.
