Long queues for fuel as curfew lifted briefly on Friday (13)

COLOMBO (News 1st); The existing curfew was lifted at 6 AM on Friday (13) and will be imposed again from 2 PM until 6 AM the next day.

People were seen in fuel queues across the country during the period the curfew was lifted braving the heavy rains.

Several filling stations have been closed due to the NON-supply fuel and few filling stations were in short supply of fuel.

Many people were lined up in queues during the curfew period to purchase fuel, and many had to head back with no fuel for their vehicles.
